All payments are due upon booking to secure your seat and date, paid to the account details provided on your invoice, unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to retain certificates where an invoice remains unpaid or partially paid.
Candidate fees for courses delivered by Nova Stellar Training include all administration, certification and resources mentioned on the booking form.
More than 7 days' notice: full refund.
Within 48 hours – 7 days: 50% rescheduling fee.
Less than 48 hours: no refund.
A course can be rescheduled for free with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
Failure to attend on the day means the cancellation policy applies and no refund will be made. Nova Stellar Training may use discretion where appropriate.
The initial certificate for certified courses is included in the course fee. Requests for a copy of a certificate must be made by emailing novastellartraining@gmail.com — a certificate and admin fee will apply.
There are practical elements to our courses, so please let us know of any relevant medical information on the day of training so we can make reasonable adjustments. For allergies or other special requirements, please tell us before the training day. If there are elements of the course you cannot perform, speak to us — certain assessments must still be completed, and failure to do so will result in no certification.
